I promise to offer only quality  made tack most of which is made with American pride.  Check your equipment over thoroughly when you receive it.  Make sure all components are included and all items are in satisfactory working condition.  Please contact us and let us know immediately if any thing is wrong or something is missing from your order.  We want you to be happy with your tack purchase and want you to have many happy years of driving together with your mini.

Inquiry & Ordering:  You can simply click on any button to send me your order and I will promptly send you an electronic sample invoice for you to review!  This method allows me to give you the best personalized service possible!  Please remember to include your address for a shipping/ delivery quote.  Feel free to also reach me by phone.  My contact info is on the left. 

Payment Methods:  We accept payment by all major credit cards.   For your convenience a Paypal button is on our electronic invoices for quick, safe, and immediate payments.  We can also process your credit card payments if you prefer.  Please note that if you prefer to pay by CC or using PayPal a transaction fee (3%) will be assessed to your order.   I'm sorry, but I want to keep my tack prices as low as possible!  Please understand it is not fair for me to increase tack prices to cover CC or Paypal fees for those that wish not to use it.  Please note that PayPal conversion fees are 1% more for out of country transactions.  Your order will be processed as quickly as payment is received!  We also accept USPS postal money orders by snail mail.  For all other forms of payment please allow up to 15 business days for processing before we can ship or deliver your order to you.  Please inquire about your payment method if your have any questions or would like to know what your waiting period could be.  Our mailing address is located on our electronic invoices should you want to pay via "snail mail".

Delivery & Shipping:  When we receive your payment your order will be shipped USPS Priority mail or FedEx Ground (insured) depending on which method is the most cost effective.  We offer fast quality-packaged shipping to insure the safest and best delivery to you.   We appreciate your business!  We want you to be happy with your purchase and how quickly it arrives.   Would you like your order delivered or shipped?  Let us know and we can give you an estimate?  If you are purchasing several items including a cart, we can give you the convenience of delivering it to you fully assembled and ready to use (if you are located in the Northwest, Washington, Oregon, or Idaho).  We have very reasonable delivery fees and in some instances we can save you money.  Having your items delivered instead of shipped may be the best method as we deliver your equipment assembled, saving you time!

New!  Easy Instructions:  We have provided easy photo assembly instructions for your new cart.  We are also happy to provide you with tips on how to care and maintain your new cart's natural hardwoods which will extend the life of you investment.

Special Orders & Items of Stock:  When placing a special order we give all your specifications to our harness maker or begin building your cart quickly after receiving payment.  Please keep in mind that special order items and items out of stock may take approximately 1-3 weeks for them to be made before we can ship them to you.  You will be notified of your orders progress via email!  You will be given an approximate waiting time for your items at time of ordering.  Unfortunately, from time to time, due to season and demand we may have items out of stock.  This is a great opportunity to request specifications and have your harness made your way and not be limited to what is in stock!

Layaway:  Do you need more time to pay?  Click on any button and tell us which items you would like us to place on layaway for you.  We will quickly send you an electronic invoice with your items and account balance.  We will gladly split your invoice amount into several payments.  After each payment is received you will be sent a updated invoice reflecting your payment and your new account balance!  Your order will be shipped or delivered after all payments have been received.  

Return Policy:  Your 110% satisfaction is important to us!  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it in 7 business days for a refund or exchange less shipping fees.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping (insured & tracking).  Only items in new condition will be accepted!  A re-stocking fee of up to 15% may apply.  Items that are clearance, not in stock, or special orders may not be returnable.  Please ask us prior to placing your order should you have any questions or concerns.  I want you to be happy with your purchase!  I want to make sure that everything is just as you need it to be when you receive it!  All returns must be pre-authorized by email.
