Elliptical Springs Verses Coil Springs: This is the most comfortable ride we have ever had in a easy entry cart, its like riding on clouds! Once you try it you wont ever want to back to those standard little coil springs under the seats. Unlike traditional coil springs under a seat, our elliptical springs are mounted between the axel and the cart frame. This gives the whole cart a cloud like ride and not just the driver. It is also offers a smoother ride and alleviates unwanted vertebral pressure on your horse as he has less difficult bumps to navigate through. We have really enjoyed the benefits of Elliptical springs on our carts and we know you will too!
Care & Maintenance It is best to keep your wooden cart covered and inside a barn or garage when not in use. You will want to keep it safe from extended exposure to sun, rain, and snow. We recommend purchasing one of our custom made cart covers to prolong the life of your cart. The hardwoods on your cart have been protected with polyurethane. However over time you may notice areas of ware due to rubbing and use. If you notice the shine beginning to disappear you will need to apply some new coats of polyurethane. The real hardwood on your cart is a very tough wood but it will need your help in order to protect and insure its long life. We use the brand "Minwax" polyurethane. You should be able to purchase it at your local hardware store. Please follow the directions listed on the label. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have! Happy Driving, Susan
