Step #1

Put both cart frames side by side. Insert 2 long carriage bolts through floor board section and fasten to "L" cart frame. Please note frames are marked "R" for right side, and "L" for left side. You may need to tap the bolts into the wood with a hammer and then secure cap nuts to end of bolt. Only secure nut, do not tighten yet!

Care & maintenance for your new cart!

It is best to keep your wooden cart covered and inside a barn or garage when not in use.  You will want to keep it safe from extended exposure to sun, rain, and snow.  We recommend purchasing one of our custom made cart covers to prolong the life of your cart.  The hardwoods on your cart have been protected with polyurethane.  However over time you may notice areas of ware due to rubbing and use.  If you notice the shine beginning to disappear you will need to apply some new coats of  polyurethane.  The real hardwood on your cart is a very tough wood but it will need your help in order to protect and insure its long life.  We use the brand "Minwax" clear polyurethane.  You should be able to purchase it at your local hardware store.  Please follow the directions listed on the label.
